How to return an item.

If for any reason you want to return an item, please email us contact@fatcowdesigns.com or call 0121 507 0994 to notify us of your return. Then send the item back by Royal Mail Special Delivery (trackable insured service). Please ensure no damage is caused to the jewellery whilst in your care as rectification is chargeable.

*Please note: Jewellery which has been engraved or classed as a custom order does not qualify for our 14 Day Full Money Back Guarantee. This does not affect you statutory consumer rights.
